Devsinc is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This intern will support our business development efforts by assisting in market research, lead generation, and outreach initiatives to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

• -Coordination among all the departments
• -Create and post social media content
• • Help plan and run social media campaigns
• • Research trends and what other brands are doing
• • Track how posts are doing and share weekly updates
• • Make fun posts about team birthdays, events, and achievements
• • Take photos and videos during team activities
• • Help with team-building ideas and sharing them online
• • Make polls, quizzes, and "meet the team" posts to show our culture

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of business development processes and lead generation techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
