Data Science Intern

Role Description

This full-time hybrid role for a Data Science Intern is based in Lahore, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Data Science Intern, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help drive data-informed decisions. You will be involved in applying statistical techniques, building predictive models, and identifying trends and patterns. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

MUST HAVEs:

• Knowledge of Data formatting & conditioning methodologies and techniques
• Format and condition incoming/outgoing data
• Handle data transformation logic (e.g., text formatting, date calculations, arrays/JSON).
• Support the team in structuring and cleaning datasets, webhooks and APIs.
• Document logic, error-handling steps, and platform-specific quirks.

Additional requirements:

• Experience with Data Analytics and Data Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus
• Prior experience in an internship or related role is advantageous
