Software Development Internship

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Software Development Intern to join our team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site internship offers hands-on experience in designing user-friendly web interfaces, corporate dashboards, developing front-end components, and ensuring responsive web layouts. You will collaborate with design and development teams to create visually appealing and functional digital experiences.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field, OR a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) from such a program.
• Strong academic record: Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or higher (or equivalent).
• Demonstrable proficiency in front-end core technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Be prepared to showcase this through projects or technical assessment.
• Proven experience with at least one major front-end JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) demonstrated through significant project work.
• Solid understanding and practical application of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficiency in using version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, evidenced by coursework or project experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Mandatory: A portfolio of projects (personal, academic, or professional) clearly demonstrating your front-end development skills and experience. Please provide a link to your portfolio (e.g., GitHub, personal website) with your application.
• Must be based in Karachi and available for a full-time, on-site internship

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):

• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Vuex).
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
