Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located on-site in Karāchi. The Human Resources Intern will assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies, compile and update employee records, and support daily HR activities. The intern will also help with recruitment processes, coordinate employee benefits, and participate in organizing training & development initiatives.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or completed)
