Role Overview:
As a Trainee Marketing Specialist at Empiric Technology, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support our business objectives from a Sales and Marketing perspective.
This is an ideal position for a proactive and results-driven aspiring marketer with passion for digital marketing, content strategy, brand development, fostering sales via marketing and campaign management. You’ll work closely with our creative, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling content that aligns with Empiric Technology’s brand voice and engages target audiences.
- SEO & Web Analytics: Monitor and optimize website performance using SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating engaging posts, monitoring audience interactions, and growing our following on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future performance.
- Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing practices to keep our strategies innovative and relevant.
