GRID GIRLS Internship Program 2025

Our GRID GIRLS Internship Program is a paid internship designed to allow female students in Electrical and Civil Engineering programs to gain practical work experience in their field of interest and prepare for a future leadership role. Program Benefits: Obtain practical work experience in your field of interest, Network with other interns and industry professionals, Receive personalized coaching and mentorship, Participate in training and development sessions, Work on real projects and initiatives, Earn a stipend of PKR 10,000/Month. Cohort 1: 2-months internship, Third Year undergraduate students (5th or 6th Semester) & Master Students (1st & 2nd Semester) in Electrical and Civil Engineering programs, Hands on Experience at National Projects. Cohort 2: 1-month internship (runs concurrently with Cohort 1), Undergraduate 1st year (2nd semester), 2nd year (3rd & 4th semesters), and final year (7th & 8th semesters), Includes eligible students from TVET institutes in relevant Electrical or Civil Engineering programs, Learning-oriented Exploratory internship. Eligibility Criteria: Female students currently enrolled in Masters, Bachelors & DAE students of Electronics/Electrical and Civil Engineering or recent graduates, Relevant Technical & Theoretical Knowledge, Demonstrated interest in the field of the internship, Previous Internship/Research Experience, Available to commit to a full-time internship.
