Project Management Intern

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project leads in planning, coordination, and execution of client projects. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-semester students eager to learn the ins and outs of managing real software projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using tools like Trello, Notion, or Jira
• Participate in daily standups and client meetings, taking notes and following up on tasks
• Coordinate between development teams and clients to ensure smooth communication
• Help prepare project documentation, status reports, and requirement briefs
• Identify risks and flag delays in a proactive manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Passion for technology and teamwork
