STEAM Education & Robotics Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking creative and tech-savvy STEAM Education and Robotics Interns for Faisalabad, Wah Cantt, and Okara. You will:

• Develop games, apps, and interactive projects using block programming.
• Teach 3D design.
• Build and program child-friendly robots (mBot, LEGO SPIKE, Arduino-based kits).
• Assist in STEAM workshop delivery, curriculum design, and kit development.

This role is ideal for an engineering student or recent graduate passionate about education technology, coding for kids, and hands-on robotics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Game & App Development:

• Create child-friendly games and apps using block-based programming.
• Adapt existing projects for different age groups and learning levels.

2. 3D Design & Prototyping:

• Teach and develop simple 3D models.
• Assist in designing STEAM/robotics kits for workshops.

3. Robotics & IoT:

• Build and program basic robots (Arduino, LEGO SPIKE, mBot, etc.).
• Explore IoT integrations (simple sensors, smart devices) for educational demos.

4. Workshop Delivery & Teaching:

• Conduct interactive STEAM workshops (coding, robotics, 3D design) for kids.
• Assist in lesson planning and activity design.

5. Curriculum & Kit Development:

• Help design affordable, accessible STEAM kits.
• Contribute to online learning resources (tutorials, project guides).

6. Community & Marketing Support (Secondary):

• Assist in social media/content creation (demo videos, project showcases).
• Participate in outreach events to promote Alpha Beta’s mission.

Requirements:

• Education: Enrolled in or completed an Engineering/Computer Science (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, CS, or related fields preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Basic block programming.
• Interest in 3D design.
• Familiarity with Arduino, mBot, or LEGO robotics (or willingness to learn).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication (for teaching kids).
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about STEAM education.
• Ability to work remotely, independently and meet deadlines
• Tools: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, basic video editing (for teaching materials).
• Equipment: Must have a laptop + smartphone.
• Location: Hybrid (remote work + in-person workshops in multiple cities).
