Internship Overview:

Are you a fresh graduate or someone looking to break into the world of business development and sales? FermiSoft is offering an exciting on-site internship opportunity to join our team as a Sales/Business Development Intern. This 3-month internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and valuable skills in key areas of business development, working closely with experienced professionals.

What You Will Learn & Do:

As a Sales/Business Development Intern, you will be immersed in the practical aspects of driving business growth. You will work directly with our Sales Lead (with 6+ years of experience) and our Tech Lead, gaining mentorship and insights from both the sales and technical perspectives. Your training will focus on mastering essential and in-demand business development skills:

Email Marketing: Learn the art of crafting compelling email campaigns, building email lists, and utilizing email marketing tools to engage potential clients and nurture leads.

Cold Calling: Develop effective cold calling techniques, learn how to approach potential clients over the phone, and practice converting leads into opportunities.

LinkedIn Outreach: Master the strategies for professional networking on LinkedIn, learn how to identify and connect with potential clients, and utilize LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.

  • Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Lead in daily sales and business development activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Practice and execute cold calling strategies under guidance.
  • Utilize LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
  • Track and report on outreach efforts and results.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas.

    Compensation:

    Unpaid Internship: Fuel expenses for commuting to and from the office will be covered.

    Potential Stipend: Based on interview performance, a basic stipend of PKR 15,000 -25K per month may be offered.
