Transparent Hands Foundation is a global crowdfunding platform based in Lahore, Pakistan, that provides free surgeries to impoverished patients. The foundation connects private hospitals, donors, and patients in need to ensure transparent and trustworthy interactions. Transparent Hands also conducts free medical camps in rural areas, offering checkups, medicines, and lab tests to those who cannot afford healthcare.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern - Accounts and Business Development (Potential for Permanent Position) at Transparent Hands in Lahore. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, skilled in accounts management, and have a sharp analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct corporate research and identify potential clients/partners
• Analyze financial data and prepare basic financial reports
• Maintain accuracy and transparency in financial documentation

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounts, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience or familiarity with proposal/invoice creation
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct market and corporate research
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duration

• 3 months
• Permanent role may be offered on performance
