Requirements 

• Computer science, software engineering or related field graduates are eligible to apply.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong interest in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.
• Basic understanding of IT methodologies and service desk operations.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Office 365).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently on tasks.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 environment if required.
• Can-do and a proactive attitude towards assigned tasks.
• An immense desire for learning.
• Availability to work in the US timings is required.
