Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and HR Intern to join our high-performing team on part-time basis. In this part-time role, you’ll support various departments of the firm as well as the executive leadership. If you have masterful organization and administrative skills, thrive in a remote setting, and want to contribute to a client-focused firm on a part-time basis, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding procedures for new employees and contractors
• Help maintain employee records and HR information systems
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support for various organizational initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
• Previous internship or volunteer experience is a plus

Duration
