Intern - IT

DevDimensions is seeking a passionate IT Intern to become a key player in our innovative team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software, and peripherals.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and user guides.
• Assist in maintaining the IT inventory and asset tracking.
• Support the team in deploying updates, patches, and system improvements.
• Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.

Requirements:

• A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking, and common software applications
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
