HR Intern – Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

• Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Post job ads on various platforms.

Onboarding Assistance

• Help prepare onboarding kits and welcome emails.
• Assist with orientation sessions for new hires.
• Ensure all required documentation is collected.

Employee Records Management

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Help with filing HR documents, both digital and hard copies.

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
• Help in organizing HR events, workshops, and meetings.

Learning & Development

• Coordinate internal training sessions and logistics.
• Track employee participation and feedback.

HR Policy Compliance

• Assist in ensuring company HR policies are up to date and followed.
• Help monitor attendance, leaves, and employee punctuality.

Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct surveys or collect feedback from employees.

Other Duties

• Provide general support to the HR team on ad hoc projects.
