Jr. Google Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Google Ads Intern / Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with some experience in digital marketing who are looking to develop their skills in Google Ads. As a Google Ads Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, work on real campaigns, and contribute to the optimization of paid search efforts. If you're passionate about digital marketing and want to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of Google Ads, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.
• Conduct keyword research and help develop keyword strategies using Google Keyword Planner and other tools.
• Support the setup and tracking of conversion goals and performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Assist in making adjustments to bids, targeting, and ad copy based on performance data.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends and best practices, helping the team implement new strategies.
• Help generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance to the team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for campaign optimization.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduate / 0 to 6 Months Experience
• Some exposure to digital marketing concepts (internships, coursework, or freelance work).
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Keyword Planner or other keyword research tools is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
