Information Technology Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Unpaid Interns to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Support Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and support of our organization's IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for end-users.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist with the setup of new user accounts and workstations.
• Perform regular system updates and backups.
• Document and track technical issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CCNA/CCNP certification candidates will be given preference.
