Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Associate (Intern) who is passionate about IT recruitment and has a creative flair for internal marketing. If you’ve had a taste of sourcing and interviewing candidates and want to explore the employer branding side of HR, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Source candidates for IT roles (Full Stack Dev, Frontend, Backend, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with team leads
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring pipelines
🔹 Internal Marketing & Culture Engagement
- Create and post event recaps, culture stories, and team updates on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Capture pictures during internal events (should be comfortable with basic photography and occasional appearance in content)
- Assist in executing internal polls, celebrations, and content planning
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 months of experience in recruitment, especially within the IT domain
- Basic understanding of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards
- Comfortable with internal marketing tasks and creative campaigns
- Strong communication skills, a cheerful personality, and the willingness to take initiative
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
