Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Generate and Qualify Leads from LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed ,and Other Sources
- Collaborate with the Internal teams to align business development efforts
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic Knowledge of job portals and freelancing platforms
- Basic Knowledge about technologies
- Basic knowledge about IT industry mechanisms and structures
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Writing Skills
Candidate Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude
