Manager Student Career Services & Alumni Relations

• Job Placements and internships through Employer engagement for conduction of on campus recruitment activities and ensuring compilation and analysis of employment data for management information and accreditation bodies.
• Networking with corporate through organizational visits, minimum 10 meetings per month.
• Conducting research through employer survey & post recruitment feedback from employers and share the need analysis of job market with Program Managers.
• Compiling monthly, semiannual and annual reports of placements and Internships activities and corporate networking
• Develop a departmental activity calendar and share it with Head of
• Student Support Services and Alumni Relations.
• Overview data for external bodies; and ensure compilation and analysis of the same for management information /other departments (if needed) and accreditation bodies
• Responsible for managing all departmental events
• Career Fair
• Corporate Advisory Board
• HR Networking Meet-ups
• Corporate Finesse Workshops (15 sessions per year)
• Mock Interviews
• Placement and Internship Drives
• Ensuring student reach to all social media forums (LinkedIn,
• Facebook, website  Oversees compilation of Graduate Directory.
• Develop the departmental budget in consultation with the Head of Student Support Services and Alumni Relations and submit for approval to the VP Academics.
• Submit objective and timely appraisal of the staff to the HR
• department.
• Responsible for counseling of graduating students related to career development.
• Responsible for building & amending Internship policy
• Responsible for writing the strategic plan of the department.
