Accountant - Intern

A US Base Company need junior accountant for back offifce responsible for basic accounting tasks like data entry, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with accounts

Payable and receivable, typically under the supervision of a senior accountant or accounting manager; requiring strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Responsiblities:

• Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.
• Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
• Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
• Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
• Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements.
• Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
• Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

Qualification:

• B.COM, BBA, BS Finance & Accounting

Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Location: Township, College Road
