Customer Support Agent

As a member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their tracking and technology-related inquiries. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for VALS Tracking solutions.
• Document and report customer feedback and issues to relevant departments.
• Work collaboratively with team members across shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient, polite, and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Graduation from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night and weekend shifts.
• Basic understanding of tracking technology and software is a plus but not required.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
