Document and report customer feedback and issues to relevant departments.
Work collaboratively with team members across shifts to ensure 24/7 support coverage.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient, polite, and effective communication.

Requirements:

Minimum education: Graduation from an accredited institution.
Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, including night and weekend shifts.
Basic understanding of tracking technology and software is a plus but not required.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
