HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in learning about various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. As an HR Intern, you will assist with daily HR tasks and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Help maintain employee records and update databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with employee engagement and training activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
• Participate in other HR-related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
