Business Development / Lead Generation Intern

We’re looking for self-motivated, driven, and curious individuals to join as Business Development & Lead Generation Interns.

This is an 8-week remote internship designed to give you hands-on experience in real-world outreach, market research, and business strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to help generate leads, qualify prospects, and assist in outbound growth efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify leads via LinkedIn, Twitter, Clutch.co, and other platforms
• Compile and organize lead data using Notion or Google Sheets
• Assist in sending cold emails and direct messages (scripts + guidance provided)
• Help build lead lists based on target industries
• Track response rates, follow-ups, and performance
• Support day-to-day business development tasks as needed

What You’ll Learn:

• How real businesses find and convert clients
• Cold email outreach strategy and lead funnel building
• B2B communication tactics
• Basic CRM & project tracking tools (Notion, Sheets, etc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and remote team dynamics

Who You Are:

• Hungry to learn sales, marketing, or business operations
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience not required — we’ll train you
