Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in day-to-day business operations, work cross-functionally with multiple teams, and help streamline processes to improve overall efficiency. • Assist in daily operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment.
• Work closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational workflows.
• Help analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential improvements.
• Support the development and documentation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational support for new project rollouts, product launches, or process changes.
• Prepare operational reports and documents as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Amazon & Walmart listing tools.
• Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations.
