As E-Commerce Intern at PakWheels, you will gain hands-on experience in Key Account Management, Operations, and Fulfillment within the e-commerce domain. The selected intern will assist in managing vendor relationships, order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics coordination. Responsibilities: Assist in vendor onboarding and account management. Support in price updates, stock management, and promotions. Help analyze vendor performance and sales trends. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution. Assist in processing and dispatching customer orders. Monitor vendor pickups and deliveries. Help in 3PL coordination for smooth order fulfillment. Support in SLA tracking, dispute resolution, and reporting. Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Passion for e-commerce, operations, and vendor management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
