ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources function. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about HR and want to gain real-world experience in a dynamic and tech-driven company.

As an HR Intern, you’ll be exposed to core HR processes including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
• Help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and employee records.
• Conduct research and provide support on HR best practices and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
