Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Internee to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews, posting job openings across platforms, and managing multiple recruitment accounts to attract the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the manager.
• Post job openings on various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and career sites.
• Create and manage multiple hiring accounts to widen talent reach.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms simultaneously.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job posting practices.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward hiring goals.
