Business Development Intern

We are hiring female fresh graduates for a Business Development internship. This is a paid, remote position with training included—perfect for those with a background or understanding in web design or WordPress.

About the Role

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have intermediate English communication skills
• Understand web design basics (especially WordPress)
• Are self-driven and open to learning

You’ll be trained in your first few weeks (while being paid), and then onboarded into the team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Sending proposals on Upwork
• Doing social media and freelancer outreach
• Assisting with strategy and client communication

Schedule & Compensation

• Timings: 7 PM – 3 AM (PKT) initially, flexible after 3 months
• Pay: Base salary + performance commission
• Duration: Long-term opportunity for the right candidates
